A Few OSDOS Advantages •Supervisor approved login •No need to complete a Purchase Requisition in Banner. •No need to have or use a University Procurement Card for office supplies. •No need for an IRB with associated maintenance. •Higher limit per order $1,500.00. (Accomodates copy paper orders by skid)
OSDOS Controls •Valid University index required to place an order. (Grant expiration dates validated) •Ship to only pre-established University addresses. •E-mail order confirmation sent to end user and business manager. (Or preferred designee) •Archived email confirmation to Purchasing for dispute resolution or other order conflicts. •APPM prohibited items are restricted.
