Second Step – Customer Service Center Customer Service Center Intakes Award Form affixing a date of receipt Customer Service Center Forwards Award Form to HR Awards Staff Attachment C
Third Step – HR Awards Staff HR Awards Staff enters information from award form into tracking mechanism (spreadsheet or database) HR Awards Staff forwards awards forms with cover to HR Contractor for Actual Input Attachment C
Fourth Step – Contractor Input Contractor Inputs Award Form information into NFC Attachment C
Anticipated Entry Volume • Quarterly Business Unit Awards – 10,500 • End of Year Ratings/Awards – 35,000 • Special Act Awards – 2,000 • Honorary Awards • Bronze – 1000 • Career – 700 • On-the-Spot Awards – 1100 • Commerce Awards – 200 Attachment C
TIMELINES • End of Year Performance: Input within 30 days of receipt • All other Awards: Input in the pay period in which received, prior to NFC cut-off • Otherwise, process for the next pay period Attachment C
