  2. Agenda Refresher New Teachers New Departments Title Changes PTM on the 10th of Jan Reinstatement EXCO Selection

  3. Refresher • Basic expectations of a Chairman • Attire: (Nametag, Badge, Tie, Tiepin, Hair) • Discipline: (Follow School Handbook) • Attitude: (You guys are Student Leaders so be like one!)

  4. New Teachers • MsJaslyn Chan will be joining CMC as of this year :D • Ms Chan will be the teacher IC for Administration

  5. New Departments • As of this year there will only be 3 departments. • Administration • Teacher IC – Ms Chan • Teacher IC2 – MrOng • EXCO IC – Ethan Choo

  6. Events • Teacher IC – Mr Lee • Teacher IC2 – Ms Chan • EXCO IC – Caleb Cheng • Training & Development • Teacher IC – MrOng • Teacher IC2 – Mr Ng • EXCO IC – Bryan Leong

  7. Everyone is now under School Service by default • School Service • Teacher IC – Mr Ng • Teacher IC2 – Mr Lee • EXCO IC – Sun Zhen Wei

  8. Title Changes • As of this year, the title of Vice-Chairman has been abolished • Both Chairmen will have the title of ‘Chairman’ • Both Chairmen will have equal authority in class • This is to prevent ‘finger-pointing’ between each class’ Chairmen

  9. PTM on 10th January 2014 • Next Friday there will a Secondary 1 Parent-Teacher Meeting (10 Jan 2014) • ALL Secondary 2 and 3 Chairmen are to help out. • You will be excused from your CCA on that day if you have any

  10. Reinstatement Letter • Letter will be given out to every single Chairmen, for them to acknowledge that they will be reinstated and to comply with the conditions on the letter • It is to be kept for documentation purposes and to be used when needed (i.e: Dismissal, etc)

  11. EXCO Selection (Sec3s) • Secondary 3 EXCO selection will begin as of today • Secondary 3 Chairmen will be closely monitored by EXCOs • Secondary 3 Chairmen will be given opportunities to experience how to run CMC events
