United States of America. Course Description: This two-day interactive workshop develops actionable insight through facilitated dialogue among leaders in value-based health care. It will explore concepts and frameworks of value-based care delivery, such as understanding patient segments, identifying opportunities to improve current services, measuring meaningful outcomes, accelerating learning in clinical teams, and achieving new payment models. The workshop sessions will be led by the Value Institute faculty that includes Professors Elizabeth Teisberg, Scott Wallace, Alice Andrews, and Kathy Carberry. Dr. Christina Akerman, the outgoing president of ICHOM, is expected to join the faculty and teach in the upcoming programs.
