Business Problem & Added Value • Uses a paper based file system • Lacks organization to keep track of: • Wells • Donations and donors • Children in the home and their updates • Created a database where they can keep all files in one place, company wide • Can easily update records with less chance of file loss

  5. Interface Design • Our database system is designed such that the volunteers can navigate and track projects with ease • It is organized by project type • To our website we added social media and other quick link buttons • Navigation links • Partner website links

  6. Conclusion We hope that with this database the company will be able to: Keep more accurate records Spend less time updating records Spend more time on their cause
