  3. Personal: • Reliable, trustworthy and charitable. • Never gets sick or misses work. • Only twice did I initiate a job change in 30 years. • Stable, and well past fooling around. • Smart enough for MENSA and has Master of Science degree (a real MSCS cert).

  4. Teamwork: • Friendly, cooperative, willing to explain or coach. • Eager to learn from others. • Sense of humor but no gossip, politics or sports talk.
