A DIGITAL AGENDA FOR EXTREMADURA Digital Agenda of Extremadura is a smart, sustainable and integrated project that defines a roadmap of ITC Tecnhologies in the region of Extremadura, in order to increase competitiveness and to implement a suitable awswer to social challenges ( creating wealth and employment) in the digital age and the European Timeframe 2014-2020. 45 ACTIONS TO ACHIEVE 5 OBJECTIVES
EXTREMATIC: SMEs going digital OBJECTIVES: Fortifythebusiness, supportingtocreate new businessmodelsrelatedwith ITC, as well as research and innovation. BASED ON A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: INNOVATION FACILITATORS PROGRAM 2013 DIME PROGRAMME TRAINING PROGRAMME OF INNOVATION FACILITATORS ON SMEs Encourage the bussines activation, job creation and oportunity proposal of innovation through Integral Training and High Specialization Programme oriented to university graduated profiles with appropiate technicals and skills to promote and manage innovation, contributing to the market with a new professional profile, trained to dinamize innovation and to improve enterprises. • Theorical Training : 90 hours . • PromoteInnovationCourse: 30 hourson-site. 60 Graduatesprofiles. • Innovation Management Course: 60 hours. 50 GraduatesprofilesselectedProfessional Training: 800 hours as InnovationFacilitators in previouslyselectedenterprises. ICT & E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS PROGRAM TRAINING PROGRAM ON ITC AND E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS. Promotingtwoprofessionalsprofilesontheproductivenetwork of Extremadura, wewilldevelop a Training Plan thatwillbeexecuted in threephases: Phase 1: Participants selection Phase 2: Theorical Training Phase 3: Mentoring and practical training in partners companies.
Line 2: ITC & E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS TRAINING PROGRAMME ITC AND E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS. Phase 1: Participantsselection 80 graduates and / or professional graduates for training as ICT Facilitator and Ecommerce Facilitators.
ITC & E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS TRAINING PROGRAMME: ITC AND E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS. Phase 2: Theorical Training • The 80 chosen people will receive a common and specific training according to their profiles • After evaluate theorical training, and interviews of the participants, 25 ICT and 25 E-com profiles will be selected to start the practical training in partners companies.
TRAINING PROGRAMME ABOUT ITC AND E-COMMERCE FACILITATORS. Phase 3: Mentoring and practical training in partners companies. • 50 participants, 25 ICT profile and 25 E-Comprofiles, willbeincorporated in Extremadura companies, in ordertopromotetechnologies uses, managementmethodsaboutinnovationforbussines, enhancethe e-commerce, as a mentoringbetweenentrepreneurs. • As support of thispractical training, willbeincorporated a specialistconsultingservices, about ITC and E-com, gettingknowlwedge ad hoc, improvingtheprevious training thathaveit, and developing new skillsthatthey can implement in a real conditions.
