  4. Two Types of Location 1) Absolute Location Specific description Example: Address 2) Relative Location General description

  5. 2) Place Things that make place interesting Features of an areas land-make it unique Example: Orlando, Florida-Amusement Parks

  6. Lets look at an Example of A Place Orlando, Florida

  7. 3) Human-Environment Interaction People interact with environment. Example: Farmers grow crops Environment- Area’s land and resources

  8. 4) Movement Looks at why people and things move. Example: Airport and Train Stations

  9. 5) Region Areas that have common characteristics Examples: Mountains and Deserts
