  4. President’s Report TEAM and IFPTE active politically on issues that affect members and their families: Met with Provincial Government Attended MFL and Winnipeg Labour Council Attended IFPTE Canadian Area meetings Chaired Canadian Council of Professionals Meetings Met with other unions

  5. President’s Report TEAM Board: Elections held late 2013 – 5new members Meet approximately every six weeks Board meeting minutes and reports available on our website

  6. Treasurer’s ReportTobias Theobald • 2013 Audited Financial Statements are available to members • New auditors - OnBusiness Chartered Accountants Inc.

  7. Executive Director’s ReportBob Linsdell Office continues to provide service Issues include: Respectful Workplace violations Hours of Work Terminations Acting Appointments Breaches of Company Code of Conduct Return to Work and Accommodation

  8. October 2013 to date: 50 new complaints 29 complaints resolved 7 new grievances 2 grievances resolved 2 grievances from prior years scheduled for arbitration 2 Canadian Human Rights cases, both regarding discrimination Awaiting decision on overtime arbitration Executive Director’s Report

  10. Pension Surplus Lawsuit Significant win Implementation approved on November 3, 2014 First payment hopefully before end of year pensionsettlementquestions@mtsallstream.com Pension Formula Lawsuit Reached settlement with the Company MTS’s cost to implement is approximately $2M Pension Lawsuits
