The Series • ACAP’s turnkey production will pump high-octane adrenaline into airshows across America. • EVQ will put the audience directly in the pilot’s seat and give them the experience of a lifetime, showing a side of aerobatic flying never before seen from anywhere but the cockpit. • Our program utilizes state-of-the-art massive LED displays and strategically placed cameras and wireless technology to bring the action to the audience like never before.
The Series • An action-packed event that includes all of the exciting features of a traditional air show Fernandina Beach, FL Winston Salem, NC Denton, TX Birmingham, AL Atlanta, GA TBD Tulsa, OK Des Moines, IA Charlotte, NC Cincinnati, OH Detroit, MI Lafayette, LA • 12 Venues • PLUS an incredible “Made for TV” Air Show Competition between today’s most energetic performers
The Competition Eight Pilots Twelve Shows One Champion
The Competition • Fans will see what the judges see. • On screen, live ESPN style commentary from aviation legend Wayne Handley and sportscast professional Stephen Cox • See the judges deliberation and scoring live on large LED screens after each performance
The Competition Format • 4 Rounds of competition by all eight pilots per weekend • 2 Rounds of competition per day • Each competitor will fly a 6 minute Freestyle routine • Competitors choose either Ground Start or Air Start • Day 1, Round 1 order of flight will be determined by Blind Draw • Following Rounds will be flown in reverse order of finish or standing • A score of 1-20 points will be awarded based on performance Criteria and potential violations or deductions (Criteria to be discussed in further detail next)

Local Sponsorship Opportunities • Event Title Partnership • Performer appearance at your business • VIP parking (We can sell them per pass) • Ticket Blocks (We can pre-sell you tickets to use as you see fit - promotional giveaways, employee perks, etc) • Premium Seating Blocks • Private Chalets with shaded seating and refreshments • Big screen advertising (30-second ads running between acts 9AM-5PM each day of the show)
Local Sponsorship Opportunities • Activation Tent on the ramp - hand out brochures and interact with potential customers. You could direct chalet guests here if they want services for their businesses • Performer autograph session at your activation tent or chalet • Banner signage - we can sell these by the sign or in a package • Aircraft "weekend sponsorship" - Sponsor a plane, and the announcer will celebrate you on the PA as the sponsor repetitively every time it flies. The announcer will also direct patrons to your tent. Competitor planes fly twice a day, guest performers once per day. All shows are two-day events. • Design your own package
Media Plan • Radio – 3 Major Stations: Country, Rock, Pop, :30 sec commercials 2-3 weeks in advance • Live Remotes on Media Day and Saturday of show • Ticket Giveaways 1 week prior to show • Media Rides offered on Media Day for extended coverage • TV – 3 Major News Networks - :30 sec commercials one week prior to show • Send B-Roll footage to news and sports desks 10 days prior to show • Coordinate media rides on Media Day in return for extended coverage • Newspaper – Major publication ¼ page ad 2 weeks prior to show, minor publications as available • Media rides offered for extended coverage on Media Day • Sponsor Co-Op – Partner with sponsors to utilize existing advertising to promote the show
