Chambers. Atria. Room or entrance left atrium right atria it’s where the blood comes in. Right Atrium. receives blood because it’s on the right side it has no oxygen. Left Atrium. Takes in oxygenated blood to feed the heart with its oxygen. Ventricles.

Right Atrium • receives blood because it’s on the right side it has no oxygen
Left Atrium • Takes in oxygenated blood to feed the heart with its oxygen.
Ventricles • “Belly” make up most of the hollowness of the heart. They push the blood out of the heart.
Right Ventricle • - sends blood without oxygen without oxygen to the lungs
Left Ventricle • Sends the oxygenated blood everywhere else
Valves • there is four they prevent blood from back flowing.
Tricuspid Valve • tri means 3 cusp means points it prevents blood from going to the right ventricle into the right atrium.
Pulmonary Valve • Pulmo lungs makes sure the blood doesn’t go back into the right ventricle
Mitral valve • Prevents blood from going back from the left ventricle into the left atrium.
Aortic Valve • Prevents blood from coming back into the left ventricle once it pushes it out.
Veins • carry blood to the heart
Vena Cavas • - carry blood to the right atrium.
