Start New Women’s Soccer Program • Women’s Sports • Fix Compliance issues- Start a new Women’s Soccer program • Already have Men’s Program (UC Irvine) • Use money that was used for Football to get it started • Title IX solution- 3 areas • Coaches salaries would be in the $70,000-$75,000 range • $250,000 2nd Year full season

  12. Retention Rates at IU • Get them there and keep them there • How? • Student majors • Environmental factors • Campus life • Add majors/sports/programs • Student Retention Committee
