Features, benefits & attributes of portal • Submissions are tracked upon input • Ability to track your requests / you can see the progress start date, and where the job is in the order received. • Confirmation and tracking number provided upon submission, so you can locate your order in the future. • Alert emails sent automatically when updates to your tickets are made. No emails back and forth to various people, the system will keep all emails related to the ticket in one order. Upon logging in you can see all correspondences and sort as needed, i.e. by facility, email. • POC’s are emailed all proofs and through the system from the marketing office. • Automatic proof are sent and reminders to the POC if the proof is not approved and notified when job is completed and closed. • Ability to click and see what is already on the FSS Calendar before you plan your event/program – CHECK IT!!! Deadlines – because we must get ahead of the year! • Marketing Requests must be submitted AT A MINIMAL OF TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO DUE DATE – NOT EVENT DATE !!! • 90-120 days OPTIMAL • No request can be submitted if due date is less than 14 days. If is closer than 14 days, it’s late, the system will not accept an order. ***You will need to have Flight Chief and Marketing Director Review for further consideration. • Sponsorship Requestsmust be submitted THREE MONTHS PRIOR to event date. Only FSS Facilities are eligible to receive Commercial Sponsorship. • After Action ReportSubmit no later than five business days after a major event. Be sure to include financial details and photos.(Please click the After Action Report) • (Please click the Sponsorship Request FormPlease fill it out and send it to the Sponsorship coordinator.
FSS Marketing….AFI Review • The Force Support Marketing and Publicity capability supports the MWR elements of Force Support programs. MWR provides capabilities which support resilient, and ready Airmen and their families, unit cohesion and trust among Airmen. Marketing and Publicity requires Force Support leaders to use customer-driven marketing practices to determine the needs and expectations of MWR customers and potential customers. Marketing and Publicity may support non-MWR Force Support programs on a reimbursable funding basis. This support must not be prohibited by other AF or Department of Defense (DoD) guidance, policy or statute and support does not detract from the office’s ability to provide marketing and publicity support for MWR capabilities.

No other sponsor benefits authorized. • *Special events that support routine programs, e.g. Kick-off Events to Summer Reading Program or Community Events which encompasses the full base, depending upon funds used to fund the event. • MWR CAT B: Basic Community Support Programs – Can Generate NAF Revenue: • Arts & Crafts- NA/ Auto Hobby – NA • Bowling Centers (under 16 lanes) • CDC / YC Programs/School Age Programs/ • ODR, Recreational Swimming, Directed outdoor Recreation/Equipment Checkout • Community Programs • Sports Programs (above intramural level) • ITT, Tickets, Tours, Travel Services _______ TYPES OF SUPPORT_________ • Full marketing support for revenue . • Commercial Sponsorship is authorized • CAVEATS: Sponsor recognition /advertising may be given and is only authorized on a bona fide NAF funded media (not funded via MOA fund) to include websites, print materials and media panels. Commercial Sponsorship refers to the act of a civilian enterprise providing support to help finance or provide enhancements for morale, welfare and recreation elements of Services capabilities (activities, events, and POC programs), as defined by DoDI 1015.10, Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Programs, in exchange for promotional consideration and access to the Air Force market for a limited period of time. Sponsorship is not a guarantee and may not be considered as part of the budget. Sponsorship is not designed to supplement the budget, If you can not afford it, you can not do it.

Click “Submit Marketing Request” Use drop down menu to select your facility If you do not see your facility select “Other” then click next OTHER
POC/Fill Out Info One POC - Approver On this screen as seen above you will enter all of the pertinent information regarding your facilities event. a. POC Name/ This is the person who will approve all submissions (One approver/POC please only) For the email, FOR BEST COMMUNICATION, IT IS ADVISED YOU USE YOUR FACILITY ORG BOX AND ADD YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL OF DESIRED. ALLOWS FOR COMMUNICATION SHOULD YOU BE OUT OF THE OFFICE, ensure to have your supervisor and/or flight chief’s email on the ticket in the case you are out at any point.
Drop down avail. Direct Phone Number. This number will be used on the MARKETING for interested people to call. Further Details: Event Name, How you want the event to be known. These details would be what the event is and any additional information you would like to be present on your advertising. The : WHEN WHERE WHAT & WHY WOULD THEY ATTEND OR BE INTERESTED. Include a location. This is usually one of the top questions we receive on Facebook. Time? Ensure to include if there is any cost to the costumer. Tracking your Ticket You can track your ticket by searching for the email address of the facility, by facility name, by the tracking code emailed to you after submission. CHECK YOUR JUNK – CLICK NOT JUNK !!! It is a good idea to write this down or print it. Save your Tracking confirmation emails. This tracking ID is also the easiest way to search for tickets, whether past, current, open or closed.
Confirmation email will auto send to the email you request/org box/poc Beware this could go to your spam/junk!!!!!!! If you do not get the email check your spam, once you locate the email in your spam/junk – email will state it is from the MARKETING DEPARTMENT Select NOT JUNK!!!!
Another way to Moving marketing emails out of junk Again we are going to look for the “i” icon. Click the icon and select “Move to Inbox.” Once the email is moved, go to your inbox and right click on the “i” icon once more.
Continued…. not junk Another drop-down menu will appear as seen in the image below. In the drop down menu you will choose the option, “ Add the Domain to the Safe Sender List.” f. When the pop-up box generates, click “Don’t show this message again.” (As seen in image above) g. All emails regarding the ticketing system will show in your inbox for easier access.
Viewing the confirmation email View in HTML In the confirmation email you have the ticket tracking ID as well as a link to view any changes or replies to your ticket. Again ensure to keep this information for tracking purposes.
HOW to view your tickets Put in Ticket Id Click - TICKETS/VIEW TICKETS you will be sent an email of one requested ticket or all tickets! Your email or tracking number is the key to seeing what has been turned in. Ticket View Ticket Email Tickets from /Org box best or enter tracking ID Send me my tracking ID/or send all my tickets/Send open tickets
