Foundation Profile Established In August 08, 2000 • Jointly established by Coca-Cola System Indonesia • Involve Independent Parties To Provide Advice • On Projects & Plans And Assist The Foundation In Being Recognised As A Credible Charitable Institution Profile • Support Social Welfare, Civic As Well As • Community Development Projects In Indonesia Mission • Raising the quality of education and human resources in Indonesia towards improving social welfare and community development. Objective

Global Water Stewardship Strategic Intent • Our strategic intent is to link water stewardship to business growth by: • Balancing production volume with locally relevant water projects that deliver benefits equal to production volume • Protecting reputation, brand, manufacturing capacity, and product quality and safety • Advancing the awareness and practice of water conservation and social science.

Strategy • Learning from other market’s experience, adoption of Big Drops and Small Drops strategy would be best to fit Indonesia condition • Big Drops….focuses on water replenish numbers without neglecting local relevance • Small Drops… focuses on meeting the water needs of the communities surrounding our operation

SMALL DROP – SindangPakuon & Cihanjuang, Sumedang • Community Based Water Access Projects • Program Components include: • Water Distribution Network • Community Training and Capacity Building • Program Partnership • Approach – Leverage formation of BUMDES to manage water distribution system • Community was involved throughout the process – planning, implementation and management.

SMALL DROP – Water For School – Jabodetabek • School Based Clean Water Access and Sanitation Project • Program Components include: • Rain Water Harvesting • Students and Faculty Training and Capacity Building • Health Lifestyle promotion • Objective – Support schools in clean water critical areas with locally relevant infrastructure. • Approach – Taking advantage of availability of rain as source of clean water • Implemented in 19 schools (Primary Schools) in Jakarta, Tangerang & Bekasi – Year 2011 & 2013

SMALL DROP – MDG Program – Clean Water Access • Community & Puskesmas Based Clean Water Access Project • Program Components include: • Clean Water facilities • Community Training and Capacity Building • Health Lifestyle promotion • Objective – provision of clean water access to remote community • Approach : • Support Pencerah Nusantara project with clean water access component • Use locally relevant and simple technology that allows community to maintain the facilities

Lesson Learned • Successful program characteristic includes : • Community Involvement is number one – create ownership to ensure sustainability • Private sector is not seen as Donor but as Partner • Infrastructure is only part of the solution • Collaboration and Partnership are critical For Private Sector, the key for engagement is alignment with Corporate Mission and Objective

Foundation Program Guidelines • Law No 16 Year 2001 and No 28 Year 2008 on Foundation • Foundation is established for social, religious and humanitarian mission • Foundation is restricted from entering into agreement with organizations affiliated with Foundation itself, its BOE, BOM, Supervisory Council and other Foundation staffs • Charitable Contribution Guidelines - TCCC • Program result has no direct benefit to the Company, Company Affiliates or Bottling Partner
