  1. UNR Shadows Event Club meeting 10/25/2005

  2. Preparation • Set-up • 1-5:30pm • In JTSU Auditorium • Different sections • Kids section • Table décor • Photo set area • Dance floor

  3. Kids section • Each table needs a cover • 1-2 related craft • Round table is for sand • Dog decorations are background as well as pokemon

  4. Table decor • Each table needs a black cover • A pumpkin light up • Confetti • 2 table décor w/ confetti frills • Main arch way blow up goes against entrance door

  5. Photo Area • Pop-up goes in the center to the right of the stage • Big columns go in front of pop-up • Dragon columns go in front of big columns • A drum on each side. • Fans go next to pop-up • Anime stand-ups go on upper floor and by photo area.

  6. Dance floor • Against second floor rail • Will be scene setter • Spider and web go on right hand corner • Blow-ups on right and left side next to stair case • Main banner and Asian posters go on main pillars & above food table

  7. Event • Those helping meet at JTSU Auditorium at 5:30pm • Event starts @7pm • Bring Videos & Music • We will be putting food, prizes and any last minute decorations into place.
