How to decide what is the best career for you! • Ask yourself these questions…. • What do I like to do for fun? • What do I like to read about? • Who is the one person that I admire the most? • What class inspires me the most? • What are my strengths and weaknesses? • Where do I want to live? • What was the one career that I talked about as a child?
Don’t be afraid to think outside the box! • Connect what you are good at and passionate about to the jobs that are out there, not the other way around! • Example: You like the idea of working in the health field with children? Nursing is a great way to do it, but so is respiratory therapy, speech language pathology, physical therapist assistant, and the list goes on and on. Which way is best for you?
