Roller Table Motors (High Efficiency)  Suitable for VFD application Specially designed for severe applications such as laminators WEG has a wide range of electric motors specially designed to meet each application requirements. WEG has developed an advanced system for Roller Table operation with a low maintenance motor, built with FC200 gray iron, specially designed to meet Siderurgy’s severe requirements.

Roller Table Motors (High Efficiency) Advantages: • High Efficiency Motor for better performance and energy consumption reduction. • Sealing system W3 Seal, highly effective against both water and dust accumulation and entrance. • Double sealing on conduit box cover and terminal box. • Exclusive WISE insulation system (WEG Insulation System Evolution), with WEG GIII 200ºC enameled wire designed for aggressive environments where humidity is constant. Suitable for VFD application. • Double impregnation with water base varnish. (Environmentally friendly).

Roller Table Motors (High Efficiency) Advantages: • Special internal paint for environments with excessive presence of steam and external paint with Polyurethane finishing (painting plan 204), preventing against corrosion and increase motor’s life. • Shaft, fixing bolts and nameplate made of stainless steel, suitable for areas with excess of water and steam, corrosion resistant. • Radial and circular fins preventing against accumulation of material and water on the motor.
