  5. Step 2: Select the WebLGY application.

  6. Step 3: Select “Eligibility”

  7. Step 4: “Automated Certificate of Eligibility”

  8. Step 5: Input all required information i.e. maiden name

  9. Step 6: Result: Certificate Approved 111111 Click to view COE

  10. Electronic COE 11111 10 ARMY 01/01/1971

  11. Referred to Eligibility Center 111111* Submit VA Form 26-1880 and supporting documentation electronically or via postal mail. *Be sure to keep the reference number!

  12. Electronic Submission Input all required information

  13. Active Duty Information Information found on DD-214 or Statement of Service.
