  5. Portion Control Know your conversions: 1oz = 28 grams (approx.) 1 cup = 8oz etc., etc. Google works wonders!

  7. Portion Control: Peanut Butter 1-2 years = 2 Tbs. 3-5 years = 3 Tbs. 6-12 = 4 Tbs.
