Erica has a decent teaching experience in English and French. She taught French to Grade 6 and 7 students at a school in Mississauga, ON. Here, she specifically focused on encouraging oral communication by leading class discussions and analyzing related texts. Erica Frischkorn also taught English to grade 12 students in Napanee, ON, where she enhanced student's interest and understanding of reading comprehension through methods like differentiated instruction and problem based learning. As an active member of the club, she had various roles and responsibilities, which include participating in community services, attending business meetings, and helping others achieve development skills and professional leadership. She has also worked as a volunteer tutor in Naples, FL as a part of her community activities. Here, she taught maths to students at Grace Place and encouraged literacy by providing students with engaging activities and tools beyond their homework assignments. In addition to this, Erica worked as a volunteer teacher in Tanzania, Africa, where she taught English to high school students in Butiama village.
