    2. 2 Basic Principals A Continuation Submission may only be made on a currently APPROVED study. At the time you submit a continuation review, it is not recommended that you submit any amendments, adverse events or other safety reports during the continuing review process. Separate SMARTFORM applications must be completed and submitted for these submissions.

    3. 3 How to Submit a Continuation on an Existing Study Log on to the eIRB system Locate the study you wish to continue under your STUDIES tab on your MY HOME personal workspace. Enter the STUDY WORKSPACE by clicking on the study NAME Once in the workspace, click on NEW CONTINUING REVIEW. Complete the CONTINUATION REVIEW SMARTFORM. SUBMIT CONTINUATION.
