Program Highlights • We are in the process of registering dealers; they have until February 15th to sign up. • One of the ways dealers can earn points is by hosting a sales training with their local 3M or Newell sales rep. • They can also earn points by allowing the 3M or Newell sales rep to go on a customer visit. Meeting Guidelines • It’s also imperative that the sales reps let us know once a meeting has taken place so we can award points to that dealer. • We could do this one of two ways. • The 3M or Newell sales rep could send an email to this address to inform us a meeting has taken place uniteddestinationcentral@ussco.com(preferred method) • Or it could sent to Chuck Munson (camunson@mmm.com at 3M

How to Qualify • 1 point for every $10 spent on all Newell & 3M products • Additional 5 points for every $1 spent on all new Newell & 3M products in 2014 • Additional 5 points for every $1 spent on specific category items of Newell & 3M; items rotate monthly • Additional 25,000 points for every % of 2014 growth in Newell or 3M purchases over same period in 2013 (capped at 10%). 500,000 maximum points • Additional 25,000 points for hosting a sales training and /or doing a customer visit with supplier’s sales force/rep group. 100,000 maximum points • Additional 5,000 points per supplier per month for using provided marketing materials in emails. 50,000 maximum points • Additional 60,000 points for putting supplier’s microsite on dealer website. 120,000 maximum points
