  2. 2012-2013Great Commission Fund (GCF) Budget • Historically, the core GCF budget has been exclusively unrestricted in nature. Unrestricted funds have no external restriction on use or purpose. • International Ministry (IM) workers have been funded through the core GCF budget. • The U.S. Church Ministries budget is also funded through unrestricted funds. $38 million budget Unrestricted GCF IM Workers

  3. 2012-2013Great Commission Fund (GCF) Budget • The 2012-2013 budget will be expanded to include these workers to be funded through Restricted GCF gifts. • Restricted gifts are given for a specific purpose. $38 million budget $2.5 million budget Unrestricted GCF IM Workers • Restricted GCF • Envision • Apprentices • market place • Other IM * * Primarily strategic medical positions

  5. 2012-2013 CAMA Advance Fund (CAF) $1.9 million budget • The CAMA Advance Fund supports workers and their field budgets. • Restricted gifts provide for needs outside of the CAF. Unrestricted CAF CAMA Workers • Restricted CAF • Work Specials • Projects • Relief Appeals

Benefits • We move from multiple funding streams for IM, Envision, Apprentice and market place workers to one stream, the GCF. • Our budget reflects our core value, completing the Great Commission will require the mobilization of every fully devoted disciple. All worker types are affirmed in the core GCF and CAF budgets. • Our budget reflects a truer picture of Alliance ministry.
