Surprisingly Un-Usual Things People Forget When Travelling Travelling is part of pretty much everyone's lives these days, be it in a car, on a bike, a ship or on a plane, If you're catching a flight for your next ravel journey plan your trip very meticulously, flying is always an eventful way of travelling and everyone has their own little check-list which they make sure is ticked off before setting foot on that plane, but we can all probably relate to the fact that somethings do get forgotten. Everyone has some form of a check or to-do list before they fly off and usually, they cover the most important things however it's mostly the small things that get forgotten. Most of us take a taxi journey to and from the Airport, this saves parking charges, the hassle of parking and spaces and the discomfort of driving just before and after a flight 7 out of 10 times we remember we have forgotten something when we are in the taxi on our way to the Airport. I have been speaking to Roger the Customer Services Manager of Taxi High Wycombe a 24hr Airport Transfer Service from High Wycombe operated by Kentax Taxis, to find out what their experiences are of passengers leaving things behind or forgetting to do certain things they had planned to do before they leave home.
Kentax do hundreds of Airport Transfers in a month and their drivers always out of courtesy remind the customer to make sure they haven't forgotten anything, as sometimes the customer leaves a travelling essential like a passport behind and then they have to return back home to collect it, which may result in being late or even missing the flight altogether and the journey costs a lot more! As you can imagine some of the most common things Roger mentioned are: •Mobiles •Passport •Charger •Keys •Headphones •Travel Pillow •Wallets •Handbags •Lock the doors
But I must say I was surprised at a few of the things Roger mentioned which people forget this is by no means a survey and conclusive list of unusual items just some items i found very unusual •Travel Mug •Style Their Hair •Hand-Held Vacuum Cleaner (REALLY!! ) •Chocolate •Wipes There were a few more which i think are not appropriate to mention on this publication, but I was truly surprised by the Vacuum Cleaner. Roger and all the Taxi High Wycombe team are always there to help and support their customers in any eventuality. Kentax have been providing an Airport Transfer Service from High Wycombe and it's surrounding areas like Marlow, Bourne End, Wooburn Green, & Beaconsfield since 1997, they have an extensive fleet of vehicles ranging from cars and people carriers to minibuses, they monitor all flight online and dispatch vehicles accordingly using their state of the art taxi booking system.
Roger mentioned that High Wycombe To Heathrow Airport is their most popular Airport Transfer Service and costs only £30.00 between 6am and 11pm for a standard car. After speaking to Roger and seeing their operation first hand i would highly recommend the Taxi High Wycombe service by Kentax Taxis, especially the way they have adapted to the new normality of sterilising and cleaning the vehicles after every journey, providing hand sanitisers’ and even face masks if you don't have your own, to help prevent the spread of infectious & viral diseases like the Corona Virus. I believe they operate a 24hr service, you can call them on 01494 510000 or email at info@www.kentaxtaxis.netwhere one of their extremely friendly customer services agents will book your journey or provide any information you may need.
