The California Aspire Achieve Lead Pipeline Project (CalAAL) aims to address disengagement in formal education among underrepresented youth. With a P-20 educational pipeline and career-focused approach, the project collaborates to develop future leaders. Focusing on improving math and science education, it targets diversifying the legal profession while bridging the gap in the number of qualified teachers in critical subjects. Targeting schools in marginalized communities, the project aims to enhance student engagement and educational outcomes for a competitive workforce.
