Hospital Donor Registry Challenge 2011 Process and Timeline • Announcement via webinar • Letters to CEOs and key contacts • Enrollment in program – select hospital leader and committee • Challenge package sent to team, including materials/T-shirts • Semi-weekly updates emailed to key contacts • Recognition at Donor Network of Arizona’s 25th Anniversary Gala & Donation Celebration

  4. Challenge Results: 31 facilities = 5,181 registrations

Process and Timeline New Strategies • Creation of Donor Network of Arizona HDRC Committee in September 2012 • Email to key contacts prior to contacting CEO • Letter to CEOs/CNOs sent four months prior to event • Information packets sent to hospital key contacts • Fun packs with promo items to be sent weeks prior to events
