Hospital Donor Registry Challenge 2011 Process and Timeline • Announcement via webinar • Letters to CEOs and key contacts • Enrollment in program – select hospital leader and committee • Challenge package sent to team, including materials/T-shirts • Semi-weekly updates emailed to key contacts • Recognition at Donor Network of Arizona’s 25th Anniversary Gala & Donation Celebration
Challenge Results: 31 facilities = 5,181 registrations
