  2. INTRODUCTION • The seeds of engineering prowess of Kumar Udhyog (now Swastik group of companies) were sown in 1965 by Late Bhupendra Kumar Gupta (grandson of RastraRatan Sri Shiv Prasad Gupta). He was an engineer from BENCO, BHU (now IIT, BHU). • Over a period of 50 years, his sons Ambarish, Arun and Ambuj Kumar Gupta have done over 55 lakh square feet of construction and have earned a reputation of being quality conscious, technically sound and rich on values. • Since 2006 the group have built:- • Swastik Tower : Residential Group Housing -96 Apartments • Swastik Gardenia : Residential Group Housing -208 Apartments • Swastik Magnolia : Residential Group Housing -88 Apartments
