Teplice nad Becvou Teplice nad Becvou is a village and municipality near Hranice. It is in the district Prerov. In this village there is a spa resort , which it specializes in cardio-rehabilitation for clients after heart attacks and strokes. It's existed since 16th century. You can swim there in alcali water with a high content of carbon dioxide. The first mansion of this village is derivered from 1328. Teplice nad Becvou lies on railway line. Spa Teplice is one of the major resorts in the Czech Republic.There are moderate hills next to the spa. River Becva flows by Teplice nad Becvou. There are aragonite caves next to spa of this village.This is unique cave system of European importance ,that was created by atmospheric water and a warm mineral water.They are the warmest waters in our country. On average in one year this water is about 14 degrees. The mineral aragonite creates a beautiful ornamentation , that look like doughnuts.The tours last 50 minutes. School trips always visit these caves in May and in June.

TRADITIONAL EVENTS By Michal Cierpich & Lukasz Krupa
BEER feast • The biggest sports and cultural event in the village. The whole area where the beerfeast is held for up to 500 guests. Beerfeast begins at the end of June. It lasts for four days. There are various sports and other school competitions such as painting on the • pavement or volleyball and football tournaments • and competitions. During beerfeast you can taste • many various kinds of beer and watch cultural • or sports performances or in the evening you can
Walenta´s autumn-music festival Amateur chamber ensembles meeting. This cultural event takes place in November in our cultural house. You can watch performances of about 15 amateur choirs there. This celebration is held in honour of significant Bělotín´s teacher,musician and composer Josef Valenta. He was the Czech teacher, who worked, taught children in music school and lived in our village. He could play many musical instruments. He and his wifeare buried in our local cemetery.
MAJORETE It is one of the biggest Majorette competitions, which is consisting of competitions of groups, solo performances from the whole Moravia. This championship is a part of qualification for championship of Europe It´s very nice to see many young beautiful girls how they march ,dance and show performances with different tools in their hands. It´s held at the begining of May at our sports field behind our school. It´s worth seeing.
Walentas AUTUMN... • Every year in December our school has got 3 Christmas concerts. Boys and girls of our school choir sing carols in 2 churches and a chapel in Bělotín, Nejdek and Polom . Admission is volundary. We send this money to ill kids - for a cure of cancer to the hospital in Olomouc.
The castle in Hranice • The renaissance castle is located in the town of Hranice in Moravia. History of the renaissance castle begins by building a fortress in 1398. Then the manor house was rebuilt in 16th century in Renaissance castle. In the nineties of the 20th century was the reconstruction of the castle and its courtyard was roofed by a transparent roof. Today inside Hranice castle there is the place of municipal authority and info centre of Hranice. You can visit the Tower here with the nice view of Hranice and Castle club with some concerts or performances of theatre.
The castle in Helstyn • The ruins of Helfštýn castle, one of the largest castles in the Czech Republic, lies in the valley of the Moravian Gate, 3 km southeast of the town of Lipník nad Bečvou.The extensive ruins of the castle Helfštýn originated in the last quarter of the 13th century, and its founder and first owner was a noble Friduš of Linava.It was built on the highest part of the ridge above the river Bečva, protected by steep slopes. The whole castle was surrounded by a protective and deep moat.For many years during the summer holidays many people can visit the castle Helfštýn because there are many interesting actions, one of them is called Hefaiston - an exhibition of blacksmith art. The Helfštýn is one of the 7 wonders of the Olomouc region.
The castle in Stary Jicin • The ruins of Starý Jičín are above the village of Starý Jičín. It was built on the site of the original wooden fort, because its strategic location and wide view of the surrounding area had a military role to protect the Amber Route to Poland. Starý Jičín became already in the early 13th century a market place. The first written record of the castle dates from 14th July 1240. After several changes of owners after the Hussite wars gets manor in the early 16th century masters of Žerotína. In 1996 the tower was reconstructed. The ground floor of the tower is a stylish restaurant. On the first floor there were installed an exhibition of armor and documents about the castle and manor Starý Jičín. There is a nice view of region.
The church in Hranice • The foundation stone for the construction of the parish church on Masaryk square in Hranice was ceremoniously laid in 1754 and the church was completed nine years later in 1763. The church is a stylish transition between Baroque and Classicism.Its major altar is dedicated to the Almighty St. Jan Křtitel. There are many concerts inside.
History of Belotin • Bělotín has got over 1 800 inhabitants. It´s the third biggest village in Přerov district. Here were found stone instruments confirming the settlement of this many thousands of year ago.The first documents exist from the year 1201. • It lies between the Bělotínský , the Doubrava and the Luha streams. It lies in the Moravian Gate near the Deer Hill, which was the goal of the Scandinavian Glacier´s yourney in the Iceage. • A memorial remembers the European Watershed. Bělotín was destroyed after the White Hill Battle and became a German locality. The building of Emperor Road and railway helped to develop Bělotín´s life.Czech people after II World War found their new home here. The only listed building in the territory of the local Bělotín is the parish church of St. George. The monument commemorating victims of I and II World War standing in front our school.
History of the church and chapels • Our village is dominated mainly by the St. George church with rick Barague izherior. St. Urban church and the statue of Jan of Nepomuk in Nejdek as well as St. Fabian and Sebestion chapel in Kunčice and St. George chapel in Lučice. You can go to our church every Sunday and chapels are afened an special occasions.
History of Hranice • Hranice were probably founded at the turn of the 12th and the 13th century. The original name of Rossbach comes from a stream flowing through the village. Hranice began to gradually become a center of crafts . Residents wanted to build his church , but had to stop because the war broke out . Despite this , in about 1623 began the construction of an evangelical church . 1821 years , the construction of a new school . In 1868 established a voluntary fire brigade. According to the census in 1900 Hranice had more inhabitants than today , it was 462 houses and 4039 inhabitants. Hranice In 1911, he was one of the most important textile centers of the Austro - Hungarian Empire. In 1918 Hranice were considered independent Czechoslovak state . After the war, the development of Hranice went in a similar direction , as in most border towns . Municipal Office since its inception always on its official seal a horse that is drinking from a stream . This is a sign coming from the former name of the town Rossbach.
History about school in Belotin The oldest school building was made of wood and stood in the school garden near the church. In 1817 it was demolished and in its place was built a new school, which did not last long. The new building opened in 1836. At the beginning the school had two classes, and in 1836 expanded the number of classes to three. The village turned to the parish office with a request for the sale of parish vegetable garden that bordered the old school. The request was granted and a new school began to build at 4 December 1892.Now there are 2 buildings connected by corridor.
