  3. Finances CURRENT FINANCIAL PICTURE LITERATURE SALES AND FELLOWSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS ARE DOWN OPERATING RESERVE IS AT LESS THAN TWO MONTHS EXPENSES AND THE DEMAND FOR SERVICES CONTINUE TO INCREASE

Finances COST-CUTTING MEASURES REDUCED WSO EXPENSES ACROSS THE BOARD REDUCED ATTENDANCE AT FELLOWSHIP EVENTS AND CONVENTIONS REDUCED ATTENDANCE AT PROFESSIONAL EVENTS REDUCED NUMBER OF TRANSLATION PROJECTS REDUCED FREE LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION FROM $700,000 TO $400,000 PER YEAR CHANGED THE NA WAY SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS CREATED A CONTRIBUTION PORTAL ON NA.ORG

  7. Finances DESPITE OUR CURRENT FINANCIAL POSITION, WE BELIEVE THESE WORKSHOPS ARE A PRIORITY. THESE WORKSHOPS ARE IN PLACE OF THE US WORLDWIDE WORKSHOPS AND SOME ZONAL FORUM ATTENDANCE BUDGETED FOR THIS CYCLE. WITHOUT THE DISCUSSION AND TRAINING HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND, WE WOULD BE UNABLE TO HAVE A FELLOWSHIPWIDE CONVERSATION ABOUT THESE PROPOSALS AND DISCUSS WAYS TO MOVE CLOSER TO OUR VISION.

THIS CAN BE INCREASED IF PRE-REGISTRATION NUMBERS INDICATE. • WCNA 35 IN PHILADELPHIA WILL FUNCTION IN THE SAME WAY.
