Option 1: HTC Backup – Restore Online Backup to HTC One 1.Open the HTC Backup app, and then tap “Restore from backup”. 2.Sign in using the same account that you used to back up your phone before. Your backup history will then be displayed. 3.Select a cloud backup to restore, and then tap “Next”. Now your backup will be quickly restored to your HTC One M9, M8, or M7 etc.

  4. Option 2: HTC Sync Manager – Restore Backup from Computer to HTC One 1.Run HTC Sync Manager on your Mac and connect your HTC One to the computer. 2.Click “Home” then “Transfer & Backup”. Under the “Backup & Restore”, click “Restore”. 3.Select a backup file to restore from and choose whether to replace existing content on your phone with the content from the backup. 4.Click “Restore Now”. When you see a message that shows the backup has been restored, click “OK”.
