  8. What can be found in a Hot Fix? • New or Changed objects in kernel (SYP) • New or Changed objects in localization layer (GLP) • New or Changed objects in both layers • MaximumERP and Microsoft are responsible for merge these layers

  9. What includes Roll up • All the HF created from the latest Roll Up • Fix bugs that are not included in Hot Fix • Enhancements and improvements
