The brand will be owned 50/50 and profits will be shared 50/50 with no payment to either party for time invested in events • DRAGNATION is a national drag king and drag queen competition, a smaller version has been running in regional cities for four years • Each State host heats to choose entrant for national finals event in Melbourne for close of Midsummer Festival. Discussions with the Landlord recently as to how the company could reduce the amount of rent • Presented to the Landlord was a proposal that would see the monthly rent reduce in return for Evo Media providing a monthly advertising campaign and set IT maintenance hours for the Landlord • The Landlord has confirmed acceptance of the proposal reducing our monthly rent to $4 000 for a trial period of twelve months starting from July 1 • Conditional that all rent is up to date by June 30 and yet to confirm if carpet fit out is accepted.
