  2. About Me • Employed with VyStar since 1991 • Worked in the following areas: • Call Center • Branches • Electronic Payments & Services • Currently a Business Analyst for the department • Overall Banking experience = 30+ years

  3. What do we do @ VyStar? • Currently offer consumer and commercial capture • All ATMs are Image Enabled (aka ATM Capture) • Looking to deploy mobile capture by mid- to late year

  4. Consumer Capture • Integrated into Internet Banking with Intuit • Using Fiserv’s Source Capture Solution product • Converted from Southwest’s BluePoint product (approx. 2 years ago) • Have offered service since June 2009

  5. Process Overview Managed by small group in Electronic Pmt & Card Services Reject & repair Posting 3 files daily @ 10:00am, 2:00pm and 6:00pm Risk & Losses Duplicate detect Return check processing

  6. Commercial Capture • Stand alone application • Set up at business • Using Fiserv’s Source Capture Solution product • Have offered service since October 2009 • Monthly service charge - $30 per month • Same Process as Consumer

  7. ATM Capture • Diebold Deposit Automation ATMs • Images are captured at the ATM & sent to Image Center a Profit Stars service • Images are transmitted to FiServ for storage & viewed via FiServ Image Viewer Application

  8. Mobile Capture • We don’t do it now… • Senior Management is pushing offer to be competitive • Even with dying check market like the • We plan to integrated into the existing mobile app with Intuit using Fiserv product
