The Rating of Activity Standards Based on the data gathered through questionnaire and participative interaction a detailed activity standard proforma is to be filled up. The rating of activity standards is to be done through brain storming session with groups, industry supervisor, foreman etc. The rating is by a simple semantic scale of “Poor-Fair-Good-Excellent”. The form allows only for manual rating, which is slow and tedious.
