Applications are due to St. Elizabeth Monday, December 3, 2012 • Deliver to the Main Office (second floor) to Catherine Meehan • Each applicant must choose one discipline to audition for and indicate a second choice if desired • Teacher Referral Forms will be sent directly to St. Elizabeth by the Grade 8 teachers • Reference letters can be included • A cheque in the amount of $50.00 for the workshop and audition
Auditions will be held on Wednesday, January 30th and Thursday, January 31st during the school day • Please indicate on the application form if there is a specific day that the student is not able to audition. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request • Each student will receive a letter indicating the date and time of the audition • All applicants will be granted an audition • Audition panels will consist of RAP teachers and guest artists • All decisions of the panel are final • Acceptance is conditional on academic standing

Acceptance Procedures • Successful candidates will be contacted by phone between February 1st and February 3rd • Registration packages for successful applicants will be mailed out via Canada Post • A waiting list will be created for each discipline
