Jem • Jem and Dillplayedlesswith Scout. • Jemisfascinated by Boo Radley and can’tleavehimalone • He tries to make contact with a note on a fishingpole but Atticus catches him. • In a moment of weaknessJem confesses theyearlierperformed the life of Boo Radley.
Scout • She spends more of her time with Miss Maudie Atkinson. • Scout finds out Boo real name is Arthur and that he is still alive. • Scout wants no part of the boys efforts to contact Boo Radley but is forced into the situations. • Scout realizes she is growing apart from Jem.
Dill • Dill claims Scout as his fiancé. • He partakes in all Jem’s schemes and also excludes Scout from their games.
Miss Maudie Atkinson • She hated the inside of the house and spent most of her time in overalls in the garden. • At night she was beautifully dressed and sat on the porch. • She hated nut-grass. • She baked the best cake in Maycomb. • She is the daughter of Dr Frank Buford. • She is a Baptist
Old MrRadley • He was a foot washing Baptist • They believed all pleasure was a sin.
Stephanie Crawford • She said she woke in the middle of the night with Boo Radley staring at her.
Jack Finch • Atticus’s brother • He always asks Maudie to marry him. • They saw him every Christmas
Atticus • Catch the children with the fishingpole. • He cross-examines Jem and discovers that the other game they played was indeed about the Radleys. • He tells the children to leave the Radleys alone and if they want to make contact they should do it throught the front door.
