Areas we Monitor • Mapping: • Map Design and Content • Following Title 189 Series 3 and IAAO standards • Map Up–To-Date (Map Maintenance §189-3-11) • Map Submission Transfers occurring between July 1st and the following June 30 shall be reflected in the maps and submitted to the State Tax Department no later than February 1 of the subsequent calendar year.
Areas We Monitor • Digital Parcel Polygon submission • During the month of April all county assessors who maintain automated systems shall submit their digital parcel boundary files and associated metadata to the State Tax Department in accordance with prescribed submission guidelines. §189-3-15
