D’Amico, S.Call • Mission Statement: Develop and implement an aftermarket sourcing strategy that creates capacity and flexibility in Whitewater’s machine shop & allows for focus on the manufacturing of complete food processing systems • Background: WW core competency focusing on systems development and manufacturing – systems manufacturing hours demands are increasing • Systems used 60K hours 2011 (40% available) to 83K hours planned for 2012 (47% available) • Project Goals: Decrease Aftermarket Lead Times / Reduce Cost / Free Capacity / Increase WW Mfg Flexibility Define and implement a scalable and executable supply chain to service the aftermarket business • Project Plan and Deliverables: • Risks • Functional expert availability • Quality/part qualification resources • Ensuring Parts meet both Design Requirements and current Production Results
