  1. Fire Safety Tips for electricians in the Home and Workplace Most of the mishaps occur at the home spread fire and leaves the families in a big trouble. There are several causes; here are some electrical tips for creating a secure home and work environment. It will include how to prevent fire in these cases. Electrical Risk It can be defined as a risk to the life of a person or any kind of serious injury involvement with electricity. Below are main hazards that are having a link with such risks:- Having contact with your exposed body parts with any kind of metal surface or roof etc… Faults that lead to such fires. Improve the following things to minimize fire risk: - Installation: - Get electrical safety switch such as Residual current devices (RCD’s) installed by an electrician and do it’s testing on the frequent basis so as to control the risk involved. Awareness: - You should be fully aware of the fact from where to turn off the power, gas or water supply in the case of emergency services. Packing: - Pack up all the electrical equipment’s that is not in use and store them in a safe place. Practicing Housekeeping: - Try to practice good housekeeping by making sure the area where you live or work is free from waste.

  2. Knowledge: - Practical knowledge is more important in comparison with the theoretical one. Be well-acquainted with all the distinct fire classes and know which extinguisher to be used with the respective type.
