  2. Die vorliegende Rahmenvereinbarung wurde von der Sozialabteilung des Amtes der Oö. Landesregierung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Bildung, Jugend und Sport des Amtes der Oö. Landesregierung, mit Vertretern des Landesschulrates, der Bezirkschulräte und der Sonderpädagogischen Zentren sowie dem Zentrum Spattstraße gem. GmbH. erarbeitet.
