What will the app do..? • Everything • Tell people about our service • Make it easier for people to find us • Online transactions
Will it affect your service ? • There’ll be no change • There might be some process changes • Staff won’t like it • I don’t know, wait and see
What is the fit with your service ? • We have e-Books that are mobile ready • Our website might need redesign • This is part of our digital strategy • I’ll get back to you on that….
How is it going to work ? • It’ll be multi platform – Apple, Android etc • It’ll reflow content from our website • We have a team to manage it • Don’t get technical with me !!
