Interstitial Space-Complete Excess material functioning as armoring and reducing the amount of infill required Space to be filled 4’ of almost pure grout 6 Foot core sample taken shows good contact between overflow material and injected material Excess material is pushed out of hole when closure pile is installed Closure Pile Pile tip -45 Soldier Pile Grout plume -55 to -85
