Identified areas for improvement Qualifications / courses for activity tutors in order to build knowledge; thus improving the activities. Promote the activities in assemblies in order to raise the profile / pupil awareness of the UFA. Activities to work towards, in order to make the UFA more structured Try to not let school holidays split the 6 week blocks. Limit the intake of ks3 or ks4, as ks3 pupils sometimes felt intimidated by the successes of the ks4 pupils. Cupboard for storage of external tutors’ equipment Car parking space!
