To Alliance or not to Alliance, that is the question – suffering the sling and arrows of outrageous fortune Guest speakers: Therese Flapper, Christian Truscott and Gerard Brierley Alliancing as a procurement process is well established in the delivery of major infrastructure and is becoming more common in the water sector. However, it is not the best model for all water sector projects. This technical seminar will explore the Alliance model, how it has been successfully used to deliver projects in the water sector, and how it can be tweaked to improve performance.
