  2. Wind Energy I can use wind energy to replace the electricity it is currently using. I would do this by attaching a wind generator to the end of my hair dryer. When I want to dry my hair I will go outside and the wind will go through the generator, heat up, and then blow out the other end and dry my hair.   3. Alarm Clock An alarm clock uses 10 Watts (10W) x (24hrs/day) x (365 days/yr)= 87,600 Watts a year or 87.6 kWh 87.6 kWh x .0355 cents/kWh= $3.11 per year

  4. Solar Energy I can use solar power to replace the electricity already being used. I can do this by placing a small solar panel on the top of my alarm clock that would take the suns energy and store it in the batteries.
