Tips in Collecting and Organizing School Planning Data • Review the School Report Card for data requirements. • Collect data on a 3-year timeline except enrollment where you collect data for the past five years. • Use comparable measures of data e.g. for Student Achievement use only NSAT or DAT or RAT .
