Military Service During WWII Kennedy joined the US Navy Became a PT boat commander A war hero after saving his crew after the ramming of his ship by a Japanese destroyer.
Presidency Became the 35th President of the United States on January 20th 1961 Led the country safely through the highest point of Cold War Was assassinated on November 22nd, 1963 in Dallas.
Jacqueline Kennedy Born on July 28, 1929 Was Married to JFK from 1953 till his death in 1963 Was the First Lady of the United States Was the mother of five Children

Activities Have the kids choose a president in which they like or identify with and have them research them. Have the kids dress up as there chosen president and present there information the class. This will allow the students to immerse themselves in the lives of the presidents but also allowing them to have fun while doing it.
