General Parameters • How long do you hold your inactive accounts? • Field was updated from two positions to three, did you make a change?
Pros: if you have a single or more common POS can make charge entry more efficient • Con: Don’t use if you have multiple POS codes – increases error rate • If you are changing your collection policy, it may be beneficial to update this field.
Say N here and use coded notes! • Could be more efficient to allow a user to login from different stations • Love this option!!
Maybe not being used yet…but soon! Don’t forget • Do you want your users to be able to control aging? What about carriers that have filing limits? • Lets discuss….what reasons would you say yes
