Project Management Plan and Communication 1-Project Charter and the scope statement: • Is a statement of the scope, project goals, roles and responsibilities. • (Project Manager, and Project Sponsor) need to participate. • It will take 3 weeks.
Project Management Plan and Communication 2-Work Breakdown Structure and Project Schedule: • Focus on the what and when, not the how. • What and when (key deliverables). • 5 people will participate. • It will take 1 weeks.
Project Management Plan and Communication 9-Team Contract: • (Project Manager, Project Spencer, human resources director) need to participate • It will take 2 weeks.
Project Management Plan and Communication 10-Weekly Progress Reports: • It will start at the planning phase and it will continue until the project is completed • 30 minutes everyday • Only one person will be responsible.
Project Execution Plan • 1-Plan the Requirements: • Create an Equipment List • Plan the Required Wiring • Develop Total Cost for Equipment and Wiring • Material And Supplier List • Schedule Resources • Will take 6 days • 2 people needed

Time Limitation • Due to the policy of the university • No men can enter the building from 8 – 5 • Resources can work only after 5 • Resources can work on Thursdays • Resources can NOT work on Fridays because its there official off days from the government

Project Implementation • Move Switches to a Separate Room • We have 15 switches • We need 1 big room to allocate it in it • We will need 2 resources • They have to move them and arrange them in the new location • After reading online we estimated that it will take 2 hr per switch to move it and reinstall the cables • 15 * 2hr = 30 hr of work • 30 hr / 6 days = 5hr of work daily !!
