Key Highlights: Recognized as the largest manufacturer of motorcycles across the globe They have been awarded customer sa�sfac�on Brand of the year 2021 and 2022 in their Indian region They have an output capacity of 1,00,000 cars in the Indian domes�c market Business Scenario: Our customer had dedicated sales consultants and customer execu�ve manager (CEM) defined for each dealer, car owner, and car They wanted to implement Salesforce CRM to deliver seamless customer experiences and to manage resources, sensi�ve data, reports, and task management To op�mize Salesforce CRM, they required an expert Salesforce customiza�on partner to custom-build Salesforce CRM based on their business rules, requirements, and goals The Salesforce partner was also expected to create data architecture to ingest data from their centralized database into the Salesforce to keep the CRM updated They wanted to customize Salesforce and create role-based func�ons for sales managers, sales consultants, CEMs, and dealership clients

From the processing code base in the staging server to the data and system updates, every aspect of the process was defined to ensure seamless integra�on and minimal down�me. UI and App Development Our expert Frontend engineers created personalized dashboards and reports for the Sales managers and CEMs to provide them one-click access to integral informa�on such as assigned Sales Consultants for each dealer, tasks, and inquiries delegated to sales consultants for each car and car owner, performance reports and other such details.
